BSGT Annual Conference 21-23 April 2009
Exhibitor Information
The British Society for Gene Therapy welcomes commercial exhibitors to its sixth
annual conference. We recognise the crucial importance of links between
medicine, the health services and industry in the development of gene and cell
therapy as a scientific and clinical discipline.
Our first five conferences have been outstanding successes. All were residential
conferences with between 250-350 delegates, the majority of whom were resident.
The conference at Royal Holloway will be similarly organised as a residential
meeting. The ten companies that exhibited at the April 2008 conference at
Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh are listed at
BSGT 2008 Conference
and their details will remain in place until the 2009 conference.
The venue at Royal Holloway offers excellent facilities for conference
exhibitors, probably the best of all our conferences to date. The commercial
exhibition stands are integrated with the refreshments, lecture theatre and
poster areas. Space has been provided for 21 exhibition stands - please refer to
the floor plan for details and to check which stands remain available. On-line
reservation is available via the exhibition floor plan. Each
exhibitor is allocated a 3m x 2m space, and the stands will be allocated on a
first come first served basis. Exhibition charges are £1000 for stands 2 - 14,
and £500 for all others (VAT is not payable).
Participating companies will be listed on our website, with a link to the
company's website, and this will be displayed until the 2010 Conference. In
addition, company name and logo, together with a 30-40 word summary of the
company's products and services, will be listed in the programme booklet.
If you require further information, or would like to book a stand, please contact
